Northern Regeneration Summit

The Northern Regeneration Summit is to take place at the City of Manchester Stadium on 20-21 October.
A list of speakers headed by transport secretary Lord Adonis, who is to highlight the Government’s proposals for the implementation of high-speed rail, will be discussing the future of regeneration and its impacts on the north of England.
There are more than 50 speakers taking to the lectern at the event, with shadow regeneration minister Stewart Jackson; former head of policy at Number 10 Geoff Mulgan; Sir Howard Bernstein of Manchester City Council, and Sylvia Yates of the Sheffield city region all to present.
In addition, there is also a series of workshops taking place dedicated to economic development.
